2018 Book PR & Marketing Toolkit


7th Annual Edition For Authors & Publishers

I never thought I would be up to 2,650 posts on my blog. At the six-and-a-half-year-point, on November 12, 2017, I proudly reached my 1.35 millionth click.  My true goal with this blog, aside from admittedly being a branding tool and lead generator, is to help people and to bring the book publishing community together. I really strive to offer you and all readers a dose of  inspiration, information, and ideas that challenge the norm, pay homage to  the past, and creatively launch a new path towards a strong future for books, literacy, the First Amendment, printed books, physical bookstores, and great writing.   1. Very costly project which nobody mentions with no guarantees. Started a character with ownership design patent #341,398 named the Neanderthal Feather Walker cost $4,000, trademark cost $2000 dollars copyright $500 hundred with attorney fees, paying for digital imaging another $4800 hundred dollars with being the director. The digital imaging person did not do the dpi's high enough for publishing. Ran out of funds started with the design patent in the year 1993.

    I am disable so this had to go in steps because of the cost and all this time. Any suggestions because the character and story is so creative and well done this should be finished for viewers. Talent wise, as creative if not more with similarities of a hit such as Dr. Seuss. Is magical, historical, imaginary and environmentally sound.

    All I have is a six minute video introduction with a thirty two colorful image storybook, there will have to be another cost of $700-$1000 dollars for higher dpi's, to be able to print.
