Authors Should Pitch Stories Based On These Upcoming Days in The Rest Of 2020

One of the ways authors and publishers can promote their books is to build a story around an upcoming holiday or honorary day theme. For instance, New Year’s Day and January’s resolutions are good for promoting self-help books, diet books, and business books. February is great for books on dating, romance novels, and relationships with Valentine’s Day -- or for books about culture and race for Black History Month.

Every day, week, or month has something to rally around. So what can you tie into for the rest of the year?
